Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. Open a new document in Photoshop. Set the height/width to 300x300px.
2. Create a new layer. Name it "Floppy Disk"
3. Choose black as your foreground color.
4. Select the Brush tool. Set the brush size to 3px.
5. Select the Pen tool. Create the following path.

6. Right click anywhere along the path and choose Stroke Path.
7. Make sure "Brush" is selected and "Stimulate Pressure" is NOT checked. Click OK.
8. Click the Delete key twice to remove the path.

9. Select the Pen tool. Create the following path.

10. Right click anywhere along the path and choose Stroke Path.
11. Make sure "Brush" is selected and "Stimulate Pressure" is NOT checked. Click OK.
12. Click the Delete key twice to remove the path.

13. Select the Pen tool. Create the following path.

14. Right click anywhere along the path and choose Stroke Path.
15. Make sure "Brush" is selected and "Stimulate Pressure" is NOT checked. Click OK.
16. Click the Delete key twice to remove the path.

17. Select the Pen tool. Create the following path.

18. Right click anywhere along the path and choose Stroke Path.
19. Make sure "Brush" is selected and "Stimulate Pressure" is NOT checked. Click OK.
20. Click the Delete key twice to remove the path.

21. Select the Pen tool. Create the following path.

22. Right click anywhere along the path and choose Stroke Path.
23. Make sure "Brush" is selected and "Stimulate Pressure" is NOT checked. Click OK.
24. Click the Delete key twice to remove the path.

25. Select the Pen tool. Create the following path.

26. Right click anywhere along the path and choose Stroke Path.
27. Make sure "Brush" is selected and "Stimulate Pressure" is NOT checked. Click OK.
28. Click the Delete key twice to remove the path.

29. Create a new layer underneath the "Floppy Disk" layer. Name it "Coloring".
30. Select the Brush tool. Choose a color and begin coloring in your floppy disk with whichever colors you want.

31. Choose lighter shades of the same color for other areas of the floppy disk.

32. Regardless of the color of the floppy, you should make the metal clip at the top a light grey.

33. When you are done. You may want to select the Brush tool. Choose Black as the foreground color. Hold down the Shift key and draw straight lines across the label at the bottom. These lines are a common feature on floppy disk labels.
